Sorry I’ve been scarce the last month but this is our last busy week at work and then peak season is over and I’ve so happy because people suck. Thank you to everyone who has followed me in the last couple weeks and I won’t take offense if you unfollow me after I start regularly posting again.

it’s been so crazy at work though because Sean(assistant manager) left and then a week Later Kelly(store manager) quit and then Derick(assistant Manager) quit so it’s been so hectic because we had no staff and then we had no managers. I’m not 21 so I technically shouldn’t even be one but the vetoed that for me and then had to bend the 40 hour rule because things have been so intense and i can’t wait til they pick a store manager so everything can calm down.

ALSO I bought the Galaxy s5 and It’s my one true love. like I legit love it SOoooOoOO MUCH. i honestly just sit with in my hand half the time because when I put it down i feel weird. And I always used to leave my phone in the back room but now I keep it like right next to me a the register and whenever someone asks “how would you pay with your phone” i whip my out and I’m like actual demonstration with my new phone that i just bought, look how nice. its gold. legit it’s actually gold. I hate spending money but that was honestly the best use of $350.

if every mistake you’ve made was written in a book, would you read it?

Mine would be a 5 book trilogy with books as big as Harry Potter

"It’s my first day! I was afraid that I was gonna be behind in all my classes, that I wouldn’t make any friends, that I would have last month’s hair. I didn’t think there’d be vampires on campus."

Interesting fact:

The BBC series Doctor Who ended in 2010. It was replaced by a show called Doctor Who Cares Now That Steven Moffat’s in Charge. The title of the latter show is often shortened for the sake of brevity. This has caused much confusion amongst viewers with many believing that the two series are one and the same.

William Bratton: Investigate Ryo Oyamada’s Death

Ryo Oyamada, a 24 year old student from Japan, was struck and killed by an NYPD vehicle in a hit & run.  Witnesses say the police car had no lights or sirens on and was going over 70 mph.  The released footage by NYPD was proven to be heavily altered in a cover-up, showing “lights” on the vehicle, when compared to footage from the NY Housing Authority on the same street with the same timestamp.

On a personal note: I know that this will probably not be shared or reblogged very much, because Asians are not very prominent in American culture.  I understand this, because Asians (like me) are partially at fault for being so passive.  But I am begging you to please consider signing this petition out of human decency.  Ryo was just a student walking home, then struck by a nearly silent police cruiser going at excess speed, and the NYPD covered it up.

Here is the side-by-side comparison of the released video footage, including updates from the case.  *Edit*  This article contains a link to a graphic video moments after the crash, showing the body of Ryo Oyamada and NY citizens yelling at the police.  Please advise, it is highly disturbing.

And the following is an excerpt from the petition, which as of now only has 286 signatures.
